As part of the Governments in the Age of AI program, Sumaré has taken another important step by establishing its Digital Transformation Committee, one of the key actions planned for the second phase of the initiative.

The meeting brought together the mayor, the team leading the process, and strategic municipal leaders to strengthen the governance of digital transformation and build a shared vision for the future of public administration.

The creation of this Committee will help prioritize projects, coordinate actions across different departments, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the municipality’s innovation and public service improvement agenda.

Through this initiative, Sumaré continues to advance a modernization strategy aimed at building a more efficient, innovative government that is better prepared to harness the potential of artificial intelligence for the benefit of its citizens.
