RONDA is a leadership development program created by RIL Argentina for professionals in executive and coordination roles. Each year, it brings together 100 local government leaders to pause, reconnect with their motivations, gain new leadership tools, and exchange experiences with peers from other cities.

The program combines talks by experts, spaces for personal reflection and self-awareness, and group activities that encourage peer learning and collaboration. Its goal is to help participants develop authentic leadership, build stronger connections with their teams, and strengthen their commitment to collaborative networks.

The 2026 edition will take place from September 30 to October 3 in Pilar, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Applications are open until August 30.
