FERNANDO DIORIO: He coordinates the Entrepreneurial Development policies in the Municipality of Concepción del Uruguay and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Costa del Uruguay. He manages an incubator and the textile venture Capibara. He is a therapeutic soccer player and a lover of the transforming power of "doing well" from the public sector.

GABRIELA ROSEMBERG: She is Vice-Chief of Cabinet in the Municipality of San Carlos de Bariloche. She is a Social Psychologist, Licentiate in Labor Relations, Master in Social Sciences and Humanities. She has a postgraduate degree in "Local Development and Social Economy" and a postgraduate degree in "Civil Society and Third Sector". 

LUCAS MARINO: Current Secretary of Modernization, Technology and Innovation of the Municipality of Pergamino. He comes from the private sector, and has had responsibilities in the Ministry of Defense of the Nation and Health of the Province of Buenos Aires. He studied law, has a master's degree in logistics, a master's degree in digital journalism and a master's degree in culinary arts.
