We want to accompany cities in the process of designing a public policy and reach a high-impact result together, around the issue of circular economy. These are the 5 cities that will begin to face their challenges around the GIRSU theme:

Corrientes, Corrientes.

Córdoba, Córdoba.

San Luis, San Luis.

Tres de Febrero, Buenos Aires.

Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires.

These 5 cities will begin to work with an innovative public policy design methodology together with DELTERRA as specialist facilitators in GIRSU.

It is a virtual and free program, with regular meetings from May to November, which aims to:

Carry out the design of innovative public policies focused on the beneficiary.

Promote networking between the municipalities that participate in the program, thus allowing the exchange of problems and learning.

Incorporate and use tools that allow directing management towards results.

Likewise, we foresee the following monthly instances throughout the six months of work:

Instances of exchange between all the municipalities that go through the same process.

Individual instances of work with the specialist facilitator in order to delve into the proposed tools.

Progress of the official and his team in the work plan and deepening in the use of the proposed tools

At the end, they will obtain the design of a project with an innovation methodology ready for its implementation.

Thank you Delterra, Coca Cola, Sistema B, Erres circular economy, Mobel Citta and Holcim for joining us!

Very soon we will communicate more news about the Program.
