The Ambassadors Program is a transformative experience of training, motivation, reflection and relationship aimed at municipal officials who occupy leadership positions.

It seeks to inspire and strengthen the leadership skills of officials who stand out for their interest and motivation to improve their cities, so that they can become true agents of change in their communities.

Together with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Fundación Irradia, we join to form a group of local leaders, and motivate them in the challenge of public management, both in the current positions they hold and in the future challenges they choose on their path of public vocation. .

The axes of the program are:

  • Self-leading: Personal development and self-knowledge.
  • Leading others: Leadership and communication tools to approach teamwork.
  • Being a leader in my community: Personal purpose to be able to drive changes in the community.

In addition, there are two other modules that are interspersed with the program's monthly meetings, and that are shared with the Alumni network that brings together the Ambassadors of the previous litters.

  • Leading Tools: Concrete Skills Training
  • Conversations in Off: Exclusive space of inspiration with outstanding personalities
