The Municipal Management Portal is a web space that gathers all the knowledge required for Municipal Management.

On this platform, users can access different sections with tools, work methodologies, cases and exchange opportunities, to help government teams become transformation and development leaders in their communities.

Access to videos by specialists and documents on different city management topics to help the team become more professional.

EVALUATION

Access to self-evaluation questionnaires that will help reveal strengths and opportunities for improvement in several issues: land management, human capital, employment tools, waste management, citizen services, public revenue, urban mobility, digital transformation, etc.

INSPIRATION

Access to the Local Solutions Map, a bank of innovative initiatives implemented in different cities worldwide. This map can be filtered by category and specific topic, using the Mayors’ Language created by RIL. In addition, it allows portal users to share their innovative practices.

CONNECTION

Access to colleagues from other cities. This section allows users to learn about the interests and projects implemented by officials from different cities and to contact them in order to create peer-to-peer learning experiences.

EXCHANGE

Access to a library with more than 100 webinars developed by RIL and network cities on specific city management issues. In this section, users can see the list of upcoming webinars and enroll.
